Junior Recruiter with foreign languages - contract work/ additional work

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seeking, screening and arranging meetings with candidates for lower level positions;
  • Recruiting for positions such as warehouseman, parcel sorter, forklift operator, production worker, machine operator, etc.
  • Publishing job opportunities on advertising platforms and social networks;
  • Taking a creative approach to discovering new sources of employee acquisition;
  • Creating employment reports and statements;
  • Operating a CRM to manage recruitment and input candidates

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment projects will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of foreign languages (Polish is not required)
  • Commitment to the duties performed
  • Determination and focus on achieving goals
  • Very good organization of work
