JUNIOR MODELLING ANALYST
WARSAW, REMOTE

Location: Warszawa

ABOUT THIS JOB:

Junior Modelling Analysts run models that help client understand the impact of their marketing strategy. Your insights will drive decisions for top companies and has an impact on our media business. In this role you will be building your position as a modelling expert and trusted partner
to client consultants.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute projects independently (Prepare data, Process data, Validate data insuring
    consistency & data accuracy and deliver ready deck to consulting team). Validate Marketing Mix Model results from both statistical and business perspective.
  • Assist/Lead in project setup and cooperate closely with client consultants to define best approach based on client needs.
  • Oversee and manage projects in various European countries.
  • Participate in internal meetings providing project support to consulting teams.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU:

Curiosity drives your interest in what media spends increase sales. You are inquisitive andbalways ask why. Problem-solver by nature, balancing soft skills with analytical thinking is your strength. You are well-organised, accurate and have good communication and listening skills that help you explain technical issues to less technical project stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Detail oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience (professional or academic) related to quantitative methods.
  • Strong ability to effectively manage time and a variety of responsibilities.
  • Fluent English (writing and speaking)
  • MS Office proficiency required.
  • Good communication skills.

Additional requirements (would be an asset):

  • Background (either academic or professional) in Marketing research, Economics, Statistics.
  • Work experience in the media industry, market research, data and measurement would be an additional asset.
  • Organized & able to manage projects
  • Autonomous & Curious (willingness of learning and discover new areas).
  • Programming skills and experience (R, Python, SAS) would be an additional asset
