Area of responsibilities:

Leading full cycle of recruitment for various positions, rather than programming one
Completing and managing client"s expectations
Keeping high standards of candidate"s satisfaction
Deliver - we don"t have senseless KPI"s or high-volume recruitment but we need you to hire these few experts we need at the moment
You will have an opportunity to be a member of the Social Media team - the only one responsible for the IT Department
You will have a chance to set up matrix skills, employee development strategies, etc

Requirements:

IT recruitment experience - at least 2 year
Good sourcing and interviewing skills
Understanding that quality > quantity
A fresh view on recruitment and active contribution on improving our internal processes
Fluent English
Some HR, EB, PM experience is a plus
