Event Manager (AI)

Our customer is the leader in providing modern business solutions. We're looking for Event Manager to join the team and help deliver exceptional events for clients and stakeholders. As an Events Manager, you will play a key role in building the success of the company's flagship product.

  • Remuneration: up to 5,5k EUR / 24000 PLN Gross / month

 

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and conducting hackathons (AI)
  • Conducting events
  • Development of the entire event plan, budgets
  • Managing logistics (location selection, participant registration)
  • Cooperating with marketing to promote the hackathons
  • Organising the necessary people for the event
  • Organising equipment, supervising configuration
  • Resolving ongoing problems
  • Building and maintaining relationships with partners, sponsors, participants

Requirements:

  • Experience in event planning and management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to talk to audience
  • Understanding of AI technology
  • Experience of managing hackathons or similar
  • Project management skills
  • Creativity, multi-tasking skills
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
