Your responsibilities:

• preparation of offers according to customer requirements;
• analysis of documentation related to the inquiry, identification and clarification of inconsistencies/ambiguities;
• analysis and identification of optimal forces and means for the implementation of individual tasks
• obtaining offers from subcontractors and subcontractors, identifying costs and delivery time
• analysis of customer needs and expectations;
• close cooperation with the sales, logistics, purchasing, production preparation and project implementation departments;
• technical arrangements, including participation in customer meetings and inspections on the vessels;

Our requirements:

• Focus on order acquisition
• Knowledge of the maritime industry, shipbuilding and offshore industry;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Very good knowledge of English;
• Highly developed communication skills;
• Very good knowledge of Office, including MS Excel;
• Ability to work in a team,
• Independence of action and good organization of work,
• Ability to properly prioritize work and time management
