Cyber Security Analyst

For our customer, leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation we are seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to join our team. Scope of the service is the configuration and support of Lookout Mobile Endpoint Security solution for 100 000 mobile devices (Android and iOS).

 

Project information:

  • Location: Kraków (hybrid model of work - once a week from the office)
  • Project language: English
  • Renumeration: 135 - 145 PLN net + VAT per hour on B2B
  • Contract length: indefinite time, long term cooperation
  • Start date: ASAP

 

Your daily tasks:

  • Operate and maintain the Lookout Mobile Threat Defense (MTD) console.
  • Configure and maintain security policies.
  • Resolve security incidents transferred to a designated queue in the Service Management Tool, including incident remediation and resolution.
  • Provide monthly reports on security events and incidents.
  • Prioritize and manage security events and incidents based on asset criticality and policy violation severity.
  • Support problem management when tickets are related to the security service.
  • Coordinate change management activities related to security products.
  • Work with the Lookout Vendor for issue investigation and resolution.
  • Ensure that compliance levels meet agreed standards.
  • Manage vulnerability management for both the Lookout console and the agent.
  • Continuously monitor, test, and propose improvements, including new Lookout features and client/agent versions.
  • Manage service desk functions and ensure incident tickets are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Conduct Application Reputation Scan processes based on service requests (up to 200 per month).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in configuring and managing Lookout Mobile Endpoint Security or similar mobile security solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Android and iOS security models, including dual enrollment for Android devices.
  • Experience with incident resolution, security policy management, and change management within security operations.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability management and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work closely with vendors and coordinate troubleshooting processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize security incidents based on criticality.
  • Experience with service management tools and ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to produce detailed monthly security reports.
