Working from home, you will be part of our award-winning Customer Service Team, enhancing our customer's experience. Our team thrives on relentless customer focus, with all our Consultants having the autonomy to manage and resolve queries; from the very first order through to delivery and aftercare enquiries. At Wayfair, we support, empower and value our employees' voices.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build a relationship with the customer
  • Service customers via Chat and Email with post-order issues (returns, replacements, refunds, delivery status, back-ordered items, and any issues with fulfilment)
  • Provide customer satisfaction work towards efficiency metrics, and issue resolution targets
  • Identify areas of improvement and convey trends in customer calls to leadership
  • Navigate multiple software applications and technologies simultaneously
  • Use conflict management skills and maintain professional composure

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with a passion for helping others
  • To be technically good proficient, analytical and solution-focused.
  • Previous customer service experience within a customer-facing role.
  • The ability to operate effectively within a high volume, fast-paced, target-driven environment. 
  • Consistent internet speed of at least 25 Mbps (download) and 5 Mbps (upload) using a hard-wire internet connection directly into your service provider's router.
  • A distraction-free, dedicated workspace (Wayfair provides all necessary computer equipment).

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

  • Unlimited contract (3 months probation period)
  • Competitive base salary: 5000 PLN gross / month
  • Monthly Bonus: Up to 500 PLN gross
