Customer service agent with Romanian language - Warsaw

Responsibilities:

  • answering calls and handling emails in Romanian,
  • informing customers about available products,
  • informing customers about current promotional campaigns,
  • handling complaints and returns,
  • product advisory.

Requirements:

  • proficiency in Romanian at level C1 or higher,
  • high personal culture and a friendly attitude towards customers,
  • availability during helpline working hours (;Mon-Fri 9.00 - 17.00);,
  • knowledge of basic computer programs.
