Customer Sales & Service professionals

This position is based in our Dubai hub, in the heart of Emirates' operations. It's an exciting opportunity to connect our customers with their dream vacations, help them attend once-in-a-lifetime events and reunite them with family and loved ones. You'll get to interact with customers from all over the world and help them reach destinations across our global network, spanning six continents.

Key responsibilities:

• Help customers to complete their airline bookings and get ready to explore their destination.
• Actively promote and sell the airline’s products and services.
• Provide travel advice to ensure a smooth customer journey at every touch point.
• Offer support and solutions when there is a change to customers’ travel plans.
• Boost customer satisfaction and loyalty by demonstrating Emirates’ high-quality standards.
• Comply with legal and technical requirements by following market and company regulations. 

Requirements & skills:

• You are legally authorised to live and work in the UAE.
• You are fluent in English and Polish, and confident in using your language skills over the phone (it is a voice channel role).
• You are passionate about sales and customer service (previous experience is an advantage but not a must).
• You have PC user skills and are comfortable navigating across different systems whilst simultaneously speaking to customers.
• You cope well with pressure, and understand the value of receiving and adapting to feedback in relation to your performance measures.  
• You are open-minded and enjoy cultural diversity.
• You are able to work shifts between our current opening hours of 08.00 and 20.30, including some, but not all weekends on a roster basis.
