Business Analyst (RPA/ Healthcare)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in RPA within the Finance domain for a Company in Life Sciences space. You will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and optimizing finance processes to be automated using RPA solutions. BA will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Operations, to support the organization's digital transformation initiatives and drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Project scope:

  • Collaborate with finance teams to identify opportunities for automation in processes such as accounts payable, receivables, tax compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation of business requirements for RPA solutions
  • Ensure finance processes comply with industry regulations (e.g., GxP, SOX, GDPR) and corporate policies
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of RPA solutions, recommending improvements and scaling opportunities
  • Liaise with stakeholders from finance, compliance, IT, and external vendors to ensure collaboration on automation projects
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to senior leadership on the progress of automation initiatives and their financial impact
  • Facilitate trainings to ensure the smooth adoption of RPA technologies within the organization

Competence demands:

  • BA degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields
  • Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional) is a plus
  • 8+ YoE as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Finance projects
  • 4+ YoE working with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or others
  • Understanding of financial compliance and regulatory standards such as SOX, GDPR, and healthcare/pharma-specific regulations
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, using tools like Jira and ServiceNow
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • English: min. B2 level
