Business Analyst (RPA/ Healthcare)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in RPA within the Finance domain for a Company in Life Sciences space. You will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and optimizing finance processes to be automated using RPA solutions. BA will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Operations, to support the organization's digital transformation initiatives and drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Project scope:

Collaborate with finance teams to identify opportunities for automation in processes such as accounts payable, receivables, tax compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting
Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation of business requirements for RPA solutions
Ensure finance processes comply with industry regulations (e.g., GxP, SOX, GDPR) and corporate policies
Monitor and evaluate the performance of RPA solutions, recommending improvements and scaling opportunities
Liaise with stakeholders from finance, compliance, IT, and external vendors to ensure collaboration on automation projects
Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to senior leadership on the progress of automation initiatives and their financial impact
Facilitate trainings to ensure the smooth adoption of RPA technologies within the organization

Competence demands:

BA degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields
Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional) is a plus
8+ YoE as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Finance projects
4+ YoE working with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or others
Understanding of financial compliance and regulatory standards such as SOX, GDPR, and healthcare/pharma-specific regulations
Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP
Experience working in an Agile environment, using tools like Jira and ServiceNow
Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
English: min. B2 level
