Days of work: working days (Monday to Friday)
Working hours: flexible schedule, possible to work overtime
Possible night work: no
Payment schedule: monthly
Model of payment: basic salary + performance bonus + work trips

Your responsibilities:

• Small office management - setting up a new office
• Support at recruitment
• Managing business trips (bookings etc.)
• Organizing integration, Christmas events
• Organizing our participation in trade fairs - including being on-site
• Taking care of invoices - cooperation with external company managing accountant
• Taking care of HR - cooperation with external company managing HR
• Other task - everyday issues
  

Our requirements:

• Good English skills - all documents are in English
• Can-do attitude
• Proactive
• Good interpersonal skills
• Driving license - B
• Good computer skills
• Experience with similar position
• Availability to travel
