We are looking for a friendly and dynamic Administrative and Finance Assistant to work in a coordinated and independent manner, including a range of daily administrative tasks. You will be responsible for answering the telephone and taking messages, greeting clients, data capturing, filing, mailing, and maintaining and updating our database as well as organizing the company's day-to-day accounting procedures. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people and have excellent organisational and time management skills.

Administrative and Finance Assistant
Industry: Automotive & IT Software

Your tasks:

  • Welcome clients and offer them refreshments
  • Transcribe, record, email and file documents
  • Maintain filing, database systems, and inventories
  • Communicate with clients and employees, and respond to any queries or complaints
  • Sort and forward incoming mail and emails, and prepare and send outgoing mail
  • Book and prepare meeting rooms and ensure that refreshments are made available
  • Book flights and accommodations as required
  • Partcipate in payroll processes with the Finance department
  • Together with our tax advisor, you take responsibility for submitting tax filings, including VAT and sales taxes, recapitulative statements and tax returns
  • Report on financial projections
  • Coordinate activities and disseminate information to office staff

Your profile:

  • A minimum of 1 years' experience working as a financial admin assistant or similar role
  • Excellent analytical skills and financial prowess
  • Any certificate in office administration or associate's degree in office management may be required
  • Strong Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Personable demeanor
