Responsible for the overall operation, management, and safety of the unit
Plan and supervise repairs, daily maintenance, rigging up or down, etc.

-control and maintenance tools and drilling equipments.
-tripping in and tripping out drilling string into and from wellbore with other floorhand’s.
-operating of the tongs, slips and spinner hawk to connect and disconnect drilling pipe, tubular and drilling bits or tools.
-operation in rig floor , shale shaker , mud pumps and manipulate sections of pipes or drill steam at rig table.
