VIP Services
• Planning of movement of VIP equipment to eight host cities both in Poland and Ukraine,
• Setup and implementation of onsite procedures for VIP operations,
• Procurement of goods for VIP Services. Prepare purchase order requests for SAP. Verify final invoices with details of expenditures in the field with all supporting documentations attached before submission to the finance department for approval and payment,
• Preparation of the venue team training programme (including Volunteers, Hostesses and the VIP Services Venue Managers),
• Implement staff planning for Volunteers, Hostesses and venue Team, provide staff uniforms and make travel arrangements,
• Liaise with VIP and ELOG service providers involved in EURO 2012 to assist them with the provision and integration of their equipment at each venue,
• Cooperation with suppliers, partners and other departments especially with Event Logistics, Event Transport and Safety and Security,
• Set up of VIP Services’ areas at the Venue in Gdansk,
• To produce documents, debriefs, reports, spread sheets and presentations to assist the VIP Team with the VIP project for EURO 2012.
