Main duties:
-driving after-market efforts by identifying and developing new services opportunities
-solution/deal design (Technical design,SoW, SLA, Pricing, Terms&Conditions)
-cooperation with sales team from generating leads to deal execution
-technical advisory for MPS customers in EMEA region
-design and implementation of HP and 3rd party printing/imaging solutions (Nuance ,Jetmobile, Omtool)
-capturing business and technical requirements
-technical escalation and communication management
-maintenance and development of long-term relations with key customers
-coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge
-PoC and pilot delivery experience for enterprise customers
