Continual improvement of operation efficiency and production quality
Capacity management - development and monitoring of the Sales and Operational Plan (SOP) and short/medium term investment planning
Production consumables purchasing
Stock managementHR management for production employees, including recruitment, target setting and training & development in liaison with Raflatac HR department
Liaison with Technical service, Sales service, HR, Accounting, Logistics partners and Raflatac Group teams as appropriate.

Managing and supervision of supply chain processes
Liaising with a variety of relevant authorities with regard to the required import permissions
Cooperation with freight forwarders and customs agencies
Participation in the creation of new distribution centres - staff recruitment and the selection of suitable warehouses
Participation in SAP R/3 implementation project in BAT Poland.
