- First line client support (bug tracking tools, phone, email),
- Tracking and reporting bugs in various bug tracking tools such us Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Team System (TFS), Redmine, Amadeus Customer Service Point (ACSP),
- 24/7 applications monitoring,
- Day-to-day applications maintenance,
- Analyzing xml communication logs,
- Supporting end user applications,
- Testing the applications according to the documentation - regular testing of Internet Booking Engine applications,
- Making the tests in various browsers, systems, testing environments,
- Work on the project with Portuguese airline TAP.
