- Implementation of a Global SteelWedge-Sales and Operations cloud based tool ,
- Interface design between SAP ECC - SAP BW and SteelWedge,
- Onsite Hyper Care SAP Plan-to-Produce support during new plant's transition in Italy (+process monitoring, process training)
- Working with different stakeholders across SCM and CO across global organization to meet projects requirements,
- Working with 3rd party consultants (work assignment, progress monitoring),
- Taking part in a merger project (with over 40 SAP Rollouts around the globe at single go-live),

- Working on a global project which parts are spread across United States and Europe,
- Leading the training for P2S (Plan to Ship) in Europe,
- Logistics processes analysis - redevelopment of processes using MS VISIO.
- Development and providing ongoing maintenance of ILT (instructor led training) content. ILT materials will include but are not limited to PowerPoint presentations, Work Instructions and Exercises (using BPPS and Simulations in uPerform), Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) and Job Aids.
- Collaborate in execution of End User Training Strategy and all key project deliverables.
- Identify, lead, train and integrate Instructors within Workstreams.
- Curriculum development, training program design, training materials development, delivery with the consulting team.
- Establish release-specific training requirements and determine training scope.
- Coordinate and validate training activities with process teams and SMEs.
- Development of global training tools and processes for training new and experienced users across Global operations.
