Global IT GBU Service Manager
Responsibility for assurance of delivery of IT services including network, communications, applications as well as Workplace and Service desk to Internal Global Business Units: APAC, UK&I and IMEA counting in total around 30K users. Building customer relations to those GBUs as well as interfacing between the GBUs and service suppliers.
