- Providing a nationwide technical support to End Users via phone and emails;
- Responding to incoming technical issues, determining the nature of faults (within the telecommunications and networking field), and the steps required to resolve them;

- Logging every support request in the ticketing system documenting in details the issues and troubleshooting steps taken;
- Database administration (PeopleSoft 8);
- Providing training to the new team members;
- Maintaining a good company image and client satisfaction through company politics.
