Key responsibilities:
- Create and deploy marketing strategies that ensure the successful launch of new All New Auris, New Verso, New Avensis, New Prius, New LC V8, Prius +, Prius Plug-in Hybrid and Hilux
- Manage product planning process and introduction of New Toyota Medium Duty Van – ProAce
- Lead new cross car line nomenclature implementation (Grade naming)- Active, Icon, Sport, Excel
- Liaise and coordinate cross-functionally all the brand-related actions and decisions, acting as the main interface of the Product Development, Finance, Marketing Communication, Public Affairs and regional Brand Management teams as well as the senior Head Quarter management
- Research and develop the market equation: identify customer groupings, market trends and segmentation as well as key product differentiators, which deliver maximum market coverage
- Define Unique Selling Propositions within an affordable business structure – deliver maximum volume and revenue at minimum cost
- Identify, plan and communicate launch activities which enthuse and motivate markets, functional activities, sales channels management and external audiences

- Daily monitoring and reporting to top management on country’s performances & specific trends
- Working with product Planning and Pricing on local product, grade and price strategy development
- Strategic support on local media and marketing plans development
- Advising NMSC’s on identification of key strategic priorities
- Managing successfully structural logistics delay problem in Kazakhstan. Result: All time new vehicle sales record in April 2011
