- Building a project team. Manage team member performance, including employees, contractors, external teams and sub-project managers;

- Taking a lead in the absence of the General Manager;
People:
- Ensuring the team are motivated and willing to embrace company standards.
- Using company tools and training materials to ensure all team members are trained to legal and company specific guidelines.
- Manage and motivate my direct reports to ensure that business is running in line with WINcard targets.
- Understanding what motivates the team to guarantee great service every time.
