Production Manager
• Managing of production activities in two plants - Gorzów Wlkp. and Barlinek (in total over 500 employees)
• Direct reporting to Plant Director
• Responsible for short term planning based on long term customer forecast
• Creates needs of investment and process improvements
• Work with Kaizen philosophy focused of continuous improvement
• Promoting a culture opened for a changes
• Coordinating internal optimizing projects supported by Lean tools such as; 5Why, FMEA, VSM, cause and effect diagram, etc.
• Coordinating implementation of preventing system such as TPM, 5S, TWI.
• Work on IKEA requirements

• Management based on GMP guidelines for sterile production and HACCP (dep.of feed additives)
• Assurance restrictive conditions for production of medical products
• Ensuring that service production quality, productivity, forecasted volumes and labour level are met
• Creating yearly budget with ongoing control
• Building of Kaizen cultures within the teams
