- defining large scale business development programs for emerging countries (China, India, Brazil, Indonesia)
- designing and implementing channel optimization repeatable business model built around market investigation and diagnotsic, segmentaiton and store value propostitions incl store models

EMEA Sales Excellence Lead Retail
Joined EMEA organization to set up the Sales Excellence function for Traditional Retail (B2C and B2B outlets), identify channel growth and cost optimization opportunities, realign strategy, commercial organizations and work with countries' sales and marketing teams supporting the implementation of strategy.

Key accomplishments:
• Managed development and launch of traditional retail expansion strategy in Turkey. Program resulted in setting up of 400+ concept stores and generated extra 2%-points market share growth over two years.
• Developed Retail Sales Force repeatable business model and engaged in seven EMEA countries coaching local sales management throughout the process. Delivered 15mEUR efficiencies via sales effectiveness and restructuring programs.

Pricing Excellence Program Manager Nothern & Eastern Europe
My role was to establish Pricing & Margin Management function, process, analyses, cost model and toolkit in the Business Unit in cooperation with McKinsey&Co and run country programs to significantly improve the operating income.

Key achievements:
• Delivered an additional 2,1%-points operating impact improvement on average in seven EU markets by leading Pricing & Margin Management Program.
• Created country profit improvement plans and worked with local teams in supporting the delivery of recommendation. Coached teams of all org levels throughout the program via means of Pricing Academy.
• Countries in scope: Turkey, Russia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Denmark, Sweden
