• supervising an 8 person Bookkeeping and Finance Department as well as a 8 employee Logistics Dept.,
• responsible for overall financial, accounting and tax issues of the company
• supervising the budgeting process and consolidating financial statements of the entire company
• working with external institutions as well as the production material suppliers
• responsible for production planning and production component purchase
• optymization of logistics processes in lights of lean manufacturing project
• searching new suppliers for production materials in Poland

• coordinating the work of the Finance and Bookkeeping department’s 4-person staff
• supervision over the proper record keeping of economic events in the bookkeeping accounts
• creating monthly and annual financial statements and tax declarations
• managing the company’s financial resources and collection of receivables
• ongoing document entries in the financial – bookkeeping system

• preparing financial and economic analysis based on the bookkeeping data
• devising financial statements for external and internal reporting needs of the company
• devising information materials pertaining to the company for the Supervisory Board and the Board of Directors
• ongoing working relationship with the Chief Accountant and Finance Director
