Varying duties that depended on the size of the project.

Small projects based on Wordpress – I am responsible for the whole process, from the research phase (organizing workshops for clients, reviewing competitors and benchmarking) to the design phase (IA; sketching, building low- and high-fidelity prototypes in Axure). I also coordinate work, i.e. I plan the calendar as well as lists of requirements for the projects and I supervise graphic designers, content specialists and programmers.

Medium & big projects – I am assisting the Senior UX Designer and UX Designers in various phases of their projects. I make theme research to client proposals, design low- and high-fidelity prototypes for particular subpages, assist at the workshops with clients, and supervise content transferring.

I have taken part in projects for: Orange, Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, Responsible Business Forum, and Shipyard (NGO).

UI designing and supervising work on a new website dedicated to the Ridgid tools.

Media budget planning, mounting advertising campaigns (mainly in Press), supporting PR activities provided by an external PR agent, coordinating work on leaflets, advertising layouts and newsletters, conducting trainings for architects and interior designers about the product, coordinating work of the salesman.

Renting real estate with the surface area of 1500m2: making offers, meeting with agents and clients, preparing agreements for manufacturers in cooperation with a lawyer and the board.

Evaluating “PAFF leaders” programme for Polish-American Freedom Foundation.

Coordinating 120 volunteers during the 6th Forum for the Non-Governmental Initiatives.
