Ensuring that all relevant costs are accounted for in a timely and accurate manner for period ends, quarter closing and year-ends. Management of the treasury and AP functions for each of the respective countries. Ensure all employees are paid in time and compliance deadline are met. Review of all departmental expenditure, transfer price and interentity cost recharges. Ensuring finance costs stay within the budget. Calculation of revenue based on entity commissions. Inter Company reconciliations & Reporting. Prepare banks reconciliations, including cash pooling and non-resident banks. Ad hoc reporting and projects.

Taking care of all customer payable inquiries according to US GAAP, maintain tight SOX compliant financial & commercial controls, preparation of analysis of vendor accounts, ensures timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, verification of data processed and payment execution of all external invoices, reconciliation of supplier’s statements, including liaison with vendors, resolving, reporting and escalating invoice discrepancies. Assistance in closing of month/year.
