Leasership & managment of all QCT/QA activities within both UK factories (Rugby/Stafford). Ensuring compliance with Quality policies, procedures & legal compliance. To drive continuous development of our policies & procedures and actively promote and develop a culture where Quality is considered primary within the business.

- Support and participation in PPQP
- Train and guide technicians & quality controler on quality processes in dedicated area
- Supervise, validate and approve technical/quality documentation preparation
- Follow the EHS requirements
- Participation in improvement and cost optimizing programs, including support in development of Thermal Manufacturing System
- Support in problems solving during production process
- Ensures that the right measuring equipment and devices are available & periodically checking and calibration process/management is in place
- Support the local QPI Manager
- Support and participation in creating the Management System Sanand
- Support in MSA

- Handle the Non Conformance Report treatment.
- Ensuring compatible product with all the quality requirements
- Complete quality documentation
- Coordination of groups of 9 quality controllers
- Preparation of monthly reports, "quality" to higher management and co-operating departaments.
- Conducting client visits / inspectors, approval of quality documentation.
- Continuous improvement of production processes and methods to ensure the required quality.
- The development of improvement programs using Quality Tools (Root Cause Analysis), 8D (Problem Solving Process), DDT (Drill Down Tree)

Preparation of programs NC (for milling, drilling and truing) by support advance software CAD/CAM according with process production and machining drawings.
