P1 Project Quality Engineer / Quality PTM
Implement Quality requirements in to Project in order to reach Customer satisfaction in terms of Quality, Cost and delivery
Customer interface for Quality matters in development for assigned project in the Product Group / Site
Monitor and Control the conformity on Development processes ( from phase 0 for Product Group, Product Line or Regional Operations entities, form Phase 3 for Site organization )
Define, Monitor and drive Quality improvement Plan ( Quality + reliability )
Manage Quality Assurance file
Define Prototype, pre serial and serial control plan
Ensure CIP is respected and especially Build in Quality Standards: SPPC tracking sheet is used – SPPC identification procedure is respected – SPPC transfer to Supplier thru the VRF’s
Customer interfaces are defined controlled and secured
Verify LLCs have been used in the D/P FMEA to reduce rpn and respected
Create Control Plan and define Quality Assurance Process taking in to account inputs from D/P FMEA, SPPC, Customer interfaces, special customer and process requirements
Define, coordinate and create of quality documents, instructions and related to project in order to assure Customer Satisfaction
Collect suppliers encountered issues and alternative proposals made by the suppliers to integrate Best Practice
Participate to Design review including suppliers design review
Support activities defined for Internal and External Supplier parts on Valeo sites, to support Purchasing and SQA team, as defined in the Quality Rasic
Prepare PVC ensuring readiness of all the deliverables required by the PVC and make sure that for each items requiring a decision from the PVC all the data needed are available
Participate to the pre FDPR and FDPR – collect encountered issues and open corresponding Project QRQCs
Prepare the internal Initial Sample file to be validated by Site Quality Manager prior presenting the Initial Sample file to the Customer for sign off
After phase 2 design freeze, ensure 4M matrix respect with regards product or process change and ensure customer awareness and approval of changes in accordance with the 4M matrix
Update the quality documents fallowing a product / process related change
Participate to the project QRQC and ensure project team use of QRQC material/rules
Ensure that all the project QRQC are in the single list of issues and manage in the QRQC
Update the project quality tracking charts: Convergence graph
Along the Project QRQC ensure that rules are respected and Stop at first disagree and Stop at first no are applied
Initiate QRQCs in case of DV or PV test failure
Perform the revision of the control plan after an issue and / or after test result

Distribute and ensuring customer requirements; monitoring and reporting to minimize scraps on production lines and in the end customer; use of preventive methods to prevent of quality defects and non-conformities; Leading the complaint procedure; Preparing reports 8D/G8D find root causes and implementation of corrective actions, corrective and preventive; Appointment of interdisciplinary teams; identify scraps and quality non-conformities at the earliest stage of their creation; monitoring and updating of quality documentation, control instruction and APQP documentation; Approval of products in the customer based on PPAP documentation and standards ISO TS and VDA; Supervision of critical and significant characteristics for production processes; supervision and Re-qualification of products; Preparation of line for customer audits; 5S auditing; Monthly reporting of the results of the qualitative reporting to production lines; Database updates; Implementation of new projects before running the SOP and after SOP;
