Main responsibilities:
- Business Process Champion (BPC) for Plan to Ship area (P2S) in SAP APO and SAP R/3 implementation;
- responsible for facilitating the system migration from Movex to SAP, end user training and post-implementation support, continuous business improvements;
- Planning and monitoring production capacity and output; leading procurement and warehouse management team;
- Implementing Master Production Schedule (MPS) as the main trigger of production and procurement activities of the factory;

- Optimizing material and document flow between the warehouse, production and subcontractors in order to make the process adhere to the ERP principles,

- Coordinating and optimizing the physical and electronic flow of materials and related documents to/from key OEM customers;
- Enhancing business and system integration between Philips and customers by establishing electronic data interchange connections (EDI) and implementing vendor managed inventory concept (VMI);
- Taking corrective actions and projects in the view of increasing customer needs for delivery quality and reliability;
- Maintaining demand planning and providing input for Sales and Operations Planning process (S&OP).

Main responsibilities:
- Enabling smooth and timely implementation of new products within the supply chain;
- Planning material requirements and coordinating on-time component deliveries for sample production runs;
- Starting phase-in phase-out SAP process and maintaining that in the system;
- Implementing and monitoring demand and supply plans of the new products and taking corrective actions towards eliminating the bias;

Main responsibilities:
- Managing data of over 2.5 thousand material items of components and products in SAP R3 and other complementary systems;
- Managing bill of materials (BOM);
- Working out processes and procedures for master data correctness, consistency and control of the access rights in accord with SOX requirements;
- Taking part in running SAP migration projects – responsible for testing logistics key processes and maintaining purchasing, planning and warehousing master data in new ERP environment;
- Coaching end users.

Main responsibilities:
- Arranging deliveries and managing inventory levels of incandescent lamps in Philips Lighting regional distribution centres;
- Coordinating shop floor schedule in cooperation with production planning team;
- Maintaining desirable inventory levels and facilitating sales by interacting with country marketing and sales units;
- Searching for and concluding purchasing agreements with suppliers of non-product related materials;
- Vendor evaluation.
