Position: Administrator 2nd level Wintel support French.
Main responsabililities providing day to day support of Supporting MS Windows server (2000/2003/NT/) systems
administration, Backup and Recovery strategies ( Tivoli Storage Manager /TDP for MSSQL);Implement security patches.
Additional Functions :
Dispatcher of tickets in the team and organizing of the shift planning
Document RCA Resolution
Update Problem Matrix and creating internal procedures
Coaching/supporting the newcomers to reach a skill level which is required
Ensure quality of Service
Ensure no exception to the Incident/Problem/Change management process.
Maintain Incident mgmt mean time to recovery targets in line with
Customer SLAs
Achieve all Service Level Agreements and Operating Level Agreements
Handling daily problems (messages, tickets) according to the SLA and solve
them within the defined target times; supporting the team to do the same •
for the daily operations
Drive knowledge sharing on shift, department and on site level also. • Share
experiences with department members
