Design and implementation of challenging turnkey solution for dispatcher in several regional centers of Emergency Services. Deployment of the solution based on CCD with overall 30 agents/dispatchers, dedicated CCTI application and recording system – NiceLog CLS. Integration with command & control applications and radio communication.
