Scope – Management of telco projects, consulting and advisory. Delivered projects for:
• Asseco Poland – implementation project regarding integration layer (EAI WebMethods) for the national telco operator Telekomunikacja Polska S.A.
• Asseco Poland – maintenance and development of web portals for the national telco operator – Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. (www.tp.pl).
• Asseco Poland – maintenance of internal IT infrastructure for the national meteorology institute in Poland (www.imgw.pl).
• Asseco Poland – advisory role in the interconnect billing area (acquisition process).
• Asseco Poland – advisory role in main telco offers preparation (e.g. RFPs consolidating vendors for France Telecom and Telekomunikacja Polska S.A.).
• Wind Mobile – deployment of VAS systems for the biggest mobile operator in Poland – Polkomtel S.A. (ring-back tone platforms and SMS-based services).
• Wind Mobile – database architecture and tuning.
