Survey Lead Analyst
I lead 3 compensation surveys for US and CA markets (so I am used to job titles and their meanings). I communicate, negotiate with US stakeholders timelines of projects (building long run relationships). Within Warsaw Office I work with other teams so they provide needed analysis (which sometimes is like balancing on thin line).
