Creation and implementation the new idea of Mini Events in Hilti Centers to attract and develope new customers to Hilti
This idea was implemented also in E3 Region other countries.
Hilti: Creation of the Channel Strategy
Creation and implementation of NEW Hilti Center Channel strategy 2016-2020.
Close Global and Regional (West Europe) cooperation and consultations.
Groupon: Cooperation with HoReCa channel
Creation of HoReCa market strategy for the whole Poland, resulted in sales turnover growth in this area for over 168%. Proposed strategy and tools were implemented in the whole EMEA region.
Coca-Cola HBC: Woodstock 2010&2011
Przystanek Woodstock 2010&2011 total project handling: contract negotiations, built a marketing strategy, organization of equipment and staff, product logistics organization . Result: sales of 325k litres of beverages within 4 days of the event, being an ultimate record in a history of company.
