Business Continuity Manager, MBCI
GBU CEE BCM Coordinator, accountable for coordination of BCM program in Central and Eastern Europe. BCM program ensures integrity of services provided to Atos customers. By principle program applies to employees, organizations, facilities and IT systems at all Atos CEE GBU production sites, services and accounts.
Main esponsibilities are:
• ensure management commitment for BCM activities;
• ensure implementation of BCM system
• achieve transparency about business critical services and processes;
• recognize gaps and develop solutions to prevent or manage disasters;
• schedule and align activities to limit effort for operational units;
• have all necessary components of a BC plan(s) in place;
• ensure testing and maintenance of BC plan(s);
• create awareness and provide BC training;
• foster continuous improvement activities;
• define and provide relevant reporting.
Client Continuity Manager responsible for overseeing customers contractual obligations regarding BC / ITSC / DR. Plan, schedule and execute Disaster Recovery Test. Maintain all DR documentation according to defined in Atos processes.

•Support of new & existing teams which includes: guidance, training and education including community of practice and blog
•Country Focus and high risk country/site enablement
•Establishment of BCMS and Crisis Event Management Communication
•Support Disaster & Event updates as incidents occur – proactive risk assessment for predicted or known impacts and interfacing with CMT and Procurement
•Progressing Testing Maturity levels – includes multi-scenario, cross-site, cross-unit testing.
•Annual update and assessment of sub-risks including am update of BC risk map and root cause analysis with sub-risk work stream teams and COE

Role is intended to maintain and execute internal and external BC related management governance system, reporting per defined schedule, establish controls and audit compliance management system, work with appropriate geo transformation leads to align center to global requirements/programs/initiatives.
