Responsibility for all Reliability, Six Sigma and Lean Engineering
application. Leader of the Reliability working group and all Improvements

Ensure Design For Reliability Application
· Support and Perform Reliability Analysis of Field and Test
· Support Reliability Target
· Drive Reliability Engineering in Development Projects and Ensure Appropriate Connection to other Quality Methods (like FMEA,)
· Lead Six Sigma and Reliability Trainings for engineers
Drive Six Sigma Deployment
· Create Six Sigma Deployment Plan and Ensure Execution
· Support Use of DFSS Methods
· Train and Coach Six Sigma Belts

Zarżadzanie planowanie testów wytrzymałościowy, funkcjonalnych. Pomoc produkcji w rozwiązywaniu problemów. Wspieranie i pomoc w stosowaniu narzędzi 6 sigma

Odpowiedzialność za serwis, warsztat, produkcje taśm i pasów napędowych.Kierowanie zespołem 5 ludzi.
