Main responsibilities in Controllership team

Responsibility for all accounting relating to Spanish Entities, internal and external audits, reconciliation, preparation of statutory accounts and financial statements, assisting in carrying out quarterly legal entity analytical reviews on balance sheet and P&L, managing areas of the P&L and Balance Sheet for the end-to-end Local and US GAAP accounting for the region, maintenance of consistent processes and controls across the Vendor Finance Europe regional structure,

Work for German clients – Goodyear Dunlop Tires GmbH and Fulda Germany, transition of AP processes, control of system development and invoice booking processes in SAP, eWorkflow and Prokey according to procedures (SOX controls, company policies, tax, accounting and audit requirements), accounts reconciliation, training new staff members, explaining posting errors, processing manual journals, Vendor Master Data mapping, preparing procedures, VAT reports,
