- Screening candidates and shortlisting
- Employing a variety of techniques for the deep mining of candidate information through online channels
including social media as Linkedin or Goldenline
- Preparing assessments and recommendations for submitted candidates
- Updating internal database
- Following all the recruitment life cycle
- Providing high quality level of customer service

- being involved in the process of selecting for the right candidate
- updating internal database
- conducting telephone calls with candidates
- checking competency in order to fit a vacancy with the right candidate

- Greetings and welcoming guests
- Check-in and check-out activities
- Printing and collecting bookings
- Organizing calendar of the Reception
