Process Engineer of resistance micro welding
- providing manufacturing solutions for micro welding processes;
- ensure stable welding process, develop and implement micro welding procedures;
- ensure welding process effectiveness, by welding process validation, minimizing the risks and costs, improve productivity and quality;
- lead problem solving and improvement, focus on finding root causes, corrective actions and robustness of new launching products;
- ensure engineering support according to customer requirements in welding area;
- realize continuous improvement and optimization of welding processes to reduce waste and generate engineering advantage for customer
- welding tooling design, change and improvement to realize welding processes on new launched products;

- creation of RFQ document for new welding machines and tooling;
- contact with machines suppliers and collect the offers for new equipment;
- new machines offers comparison and order;
- tracking the welding machines construction (timing review, design review, control visit at suppliers plants, OIL review);
- machines and tooling approval at supplier location;
- coordination of new machines launch in LEAR plant (delivery machines to LEAR plant, put it on the floor acc. layout; first part production; Final Buy-off approval)
- launch new equipment till full run (closed OIL points and positive R@R)

Process Engineer on welding department
- work on welding machines as an operator to learn the process and product;
- work with checking gauges to learn how the product is controlled and what are the special & critical characteristics for the product;
- execute destruction tests of weld connections to make process-product verification and get knowledge about quality issues that can be find during manufacturing;
- make tooling change and basic preventive maintenance on welding machines;
- creation & review process documentation like: Material Flow; PFMEA; Instructions (work, maintenance, Poka-Yoke check, tooling change Instructions);
- operators training;
- solving the process issues (geometry adjusting according GD&T; adjusting resistant welding parameters; new Poka-Yoke implementation on tooling etc.);
- implementation of product changes according customer requirements;
- realisation of tooling modification to improve product quality, ergonomic of work place or reduce machine cycle time;
- cooperation with R&D department under feasibility study of new products;
- undertake design review and approval for new welding tooling and machines;
- acceptance of the new welding equipment during Pre Buy-off at supplier location;
- support to suppliers technicians during new machines installation;
- launch new the equipment till it is fully run (positive quality and efficiency results)
