1. Providing professional product support for Flight Deck Solutions (FDS) customers worldwide
2. Providing efficient and accurate solutions considering customers operational needs taking into account FDS production constraints
3. Apply problem solving skills to resolve issues and answer customer questions in efficient, accurate with maintaining high self culture.
4. Organize and participate in operational meetings with customers regarding FDS issues
5. Manage part of global customer base, answering customer’s requests regarding all of FDS products.
6. Following through customer requests process as a point of contact from the receipt of the request and the analysis thereof through to the customer receiving the solution and accepting the closure.
7. Closely work with the Customer Care Operations team in ZRH in order to provide best service to customers.
8. Pro-active support of colleagues in ZRH during peak times.

o Introduction of structure and the operational rules of the company to new employees
