Main responsibilities:
- daily run of: payments, collections, JNL, billing-related modules
- monthly billing run
- provisioning of prepaid and postpaid accounts (SIMs)
- solving problems with rating and charging
- cooperation with Application Support Team and Testing Team regarding daily tasks

My main task in SDC Siemens was testing of individual access variants (like mobile originating calls, SMS, DTMF menu) for prepaid service for a platform of intelligent networks.
The testing was performed mainly by means of XML technology. I was responsible for inventing test scenarios, which would cover all possible situations and for implementing them.
When my training was about to end I decided to write my master thesis about topics that I was working on during these 3 months. So, during the last semester of my studies, I wrote a master thesis: "Creating DTMF menu for GSM system".
The testing was performed mainly by means of XML technology. I was responsible for inventing test scenarios, which would cover all possible situations and for implementing them.

- Oracle SQL - application tunning (35 hours: analysis of sql execution plan, session tracing, ways to control the cost optimizer, statistics and histograms, techniques of data indexing)
- Kenan FX - internal trainings in P4 concernig: data model of Kenan FX, periodic billing, payments processing, collections processing, orders and workflows, inventory, provisioning process
