- Execute QCD targets for each assigned project
- Execute and evaluate Requests for Quotation, lead supplier negotiation
- Perform total cost analysis, preparing basis for decision during the project execution phase
- Contribute to preparation of supplier contracts
- Handover projects to Value Streams and support them for 6 months after SOP
- Support CRP idea generation and collection by product group
- Responsible in AOP process for CRP by product group
- Improve processes in collaboration with S&P Business Improvement Team

- developing Annual Operating Plan (AOP) strategy with the team,
- managing team performance through Balanced Scorecard – KPI,
- assuring right level of motivation within subordinate dispersed team in order to achieve AOP goals,
- creating and managing development plans for team individuals (Technical & Soft competencies),
- leading various sourcing initiatives across EMEA Sourcing organization e.g. Contract Coverage Extension, Supplier Risk Management,
- cultivating high level of communication with counter parts at HQ
- communicating Sourcing Projects to stakeholders and granting their buy-in.

- developing Annual Operating Plan (AOP) strategy for assigned commodities,
- end to end management within magnetics, fasteners, cables & wires, machining commodities to meet AOP goals:
a) productivity & localization projects management,
b) negotiating best terms and conditions with key suppliers,
c) improving supplier base performance metrics: on time delivery, PPM, lead time, payment terms (Balanced Scorecard).
- preparation and reporting Monthly Performance Reviews to high management,

Annual Purchase Volume: $18M
Reports to: EMEA Sourcing Manager

- building and maintaining relationships with suppliers,
- negotiating best terms and conditions with key suppliers,
- developing and implementing localization strategy,
- measure, control and improve suppliers performance metrics: on-time delivery, PPM, lead time,
- managing productivity projects to meet AOP targets,
- supporting P2P stream SAP implementation in Purchasing Department as a SAP Super User,
- leading end user SAP trainings in Purchasing Department.

-strategic supplier selection,
-negotiating best conditions in terms of price, service and quality,
-continuous commodity market research,
-control and improve supplier’s performance,
-managing sourcing projects: savings, consolidation, and delivery lead time reduction.

Three six – month long rotations in:
1. Production Dep. in Bielsko-Biala plant:
- implementing KAIZEN ideology,
- managing LEAN project implementation,
- implementing quality measurement system.
- improving assembly planning system.

2. Quality Dep. in Klodzko plant:
- quality blocked stock reduction,
- resolving all quality issues on part of accessories assembly line,
- managing zero defect program with key electronic parts supplier.

3. Sourcing Dep. in Bielsko-Biala plant:
- facilitating co-operation between Commodities and Material Management,
- communication with supplier base within projects,
- SAP data maintenance (Material Master / Info Records / Source-list),
- Coordinate the LCC move project support,
- Support in driving and implementing NPI projects.
