Telescopic anchor
Telescopic bolt consists of at least two telescopically interconnected, pivotally coupled segments, wherein the second segment between the piston and end wall of the first segment contains at least one element capable of limited energy storage with a shape similar to a hollow circular cylinder, and the through holes in the jacket of the first segment are located in a section of the element corresponding to its length.

MonorailBike
The goal of the project is to enable workers to move in underground mines using a manorail railway. The device should be light and manageable for one person. An important aspect is the sharing of one rail with a regular material transport system.
Method and a manipulator for the assembly of panels in the shaft panel lining
The manipulator has to be a simple device that uses no engines and any kind or actuators. Additionally, the device is characterized by low-cost and simple design and uncomplicated service and support.

Main considerations for construction:
• compact design (no dimension exceeding the 1.8 m),
• the possibility of vertical transport to the bottom of the shaft,
• the ability to work in difficult conditions (high humidity, dirt, etc.),
• range - 2.0 m (from the axis of suspension to the "back" of mounted component),
• the ability to maneuver in at least two ways: forward-backward (parallel to the radius), and the top-down.

The idea of the work is based on balancing the weight of the assembled element by moving counterweight installed at the rear of the unit. The device was developed by Kopex PBSz S.A. and AGH.

Lining of shafts constructed in rock mass with strong rheological properties
In the case of salt layers, especially on significant depths (over 900 m) the relative convergence of the heading contour may amount even to 40 ‰/year. That results in the fact that any other method of securing the shaft lining, e.g. by making it flexible, will not be sufficient to ensure the stability of the shaft reinforcement geometry. In the new shaft lining concept the excessive rock creep into the outbreak inside diameter will be removed by local and controlled leaching of the shaft cheeks by means of fresh water directed through a porous medium of the contact layer behind the watertight tubing lining. The paper presents the structure of such lining and an outline of the construction technology. In order to implement such a lining, a typical tubing will be applied. A separate design and manufacturing will be required for the technological rings used to control the leaching process behind the lining.
