Head of SEM/SEA/ - Digital Marketing
• Leading global team of online marketing experts: Display, SEA, SEO, Affiliate marketing
• Planning and budget controlling for all company’s products
• In charge of relationship with Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Affiliates and other partners
• Responsible for finding new local and global partners. Negotiation and discussing agreements
• Strategic and operational expertise in performance channels to reach global and regional targets
• Develop the expertise of the online team and support regional teams with their strategic projects
• Reporting to VP of Marketing - forecasting targets, reporting on current activities and setting plans for incoming campaigns
• Evangelising digital marketing at quarterly internal conferences
• Using Google Analytics and SalesForce CRM to monitor, analyze and understand each channel’s performance and quality of leads
• Planning, testing and optimising dedicated landing pages for SEM. Wireframing and A/B testing in order to increase CR
• Continuously analysing and refine tactics' performance in order to decrease CPL
