Launch of the unique trading platform CABAS.pl with two mobile applications, offering customers the ability to order regional products (FMCG) directly from their manufacturers. The project value was 658 158 PLN.

Main responsibilities:

- Identification and analysis of the requirements and needs of end users
- Development and execution of product development plans
- Design, implementation and development of a marketing strategy for the CABAS.pl project
- Over see the creation, testing and implementation of the concept of product functionality for web platform and mobile applications

I was responsible for establishing the company's operations in Poland, building a network of contacts to effectively promote and deliver the products to the end users. Also responsibilities for:

- Pro-actively establish business contacts with potential customers
- Building long-term business relationships
- Develop and implement the marketing plan
- Plan and agree budget and sales targets with senior stakeholders

I was responsible for the effective management of two stores in the same region and helped to achieve a 7.3% increase in sales in one store over a two year period.

Responsibilities:

- Formal organisation of facilities for the effective running of the stores
- Recruiting, motivating and supervising the staff employed in stores
- Implement solutions to improve the productivity and operation of the store
- Ensure that high standards of customer service are monitored and maintained

- Planning and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing the amount of guests dining with the Ignite Group
- Responsibile for the quality of customer service
- Streamline the activities of restaurant staff without impacting customer service levels
