2010 – Present Motorola, main coordinator during integration of LTE base station software pieces on real platform. Test Lead for testing LTE base station in black box methodology using manual and automation (framework based on XML/Perl/bash languages) testing tools. Coordinate tests execution for a 5 persons. Uses an Agile internal tool to manage the team. Cooperate with internal stakeholders, analyzing customer requirements. Preparing a test activity, test estimates.

2007 – 2010 Motorola, Senior Software Test Engineer. Responsible for black box test preparation, test execution and test reporting for CDMA 1X/DO and next for LTE base station. Cooperate with internal stakeholders, analyzing customer requirements. Travel a few times to another department in order to integrate some pieces of software into real hardware platform.

2004 – 2007 Motorola, Software Test Engineer. Responsible for black box and unit test preparation, test execution and test reporting for CDMA 1X base station. Working as a developer (6 months) for writing unit tests in C. Reporting bugs in tools like bugzilla, Citrix CQCM.

2004 – 2006 Motorola, webmaster for nationwide project called “Diversity”. Responsible for creating web page based on CMS tool and manage such page.

In addition to the normal work, database application has been created for around 500 persons who are associated in veterinary community. Frond end in C++ Builder, database in SQLite and reports have been generated in MS Word by OLE objects.
