• 70% of SMT & PCBA production relocation from South Korea to Poland
Responsibilities:
• Complex SMT & PCBA management (100 SKU’s): supply chain, warehousing, quality, technical support, invoicing, NPI
• Components delivery to suppliers, stock management, (90% of entrusted components)
• Management of 20-28 employees (12 office workers, 8-16 warehousemen)
• Production planning at suppliers, short & long term based on main production plan of TV sets
• Suppliers capacity planning
