Supervision of all works on construction modules for new rig and piperacks.

1.Planning production and preparation process for the task on site. Phasing and implementing technology of assembly and fabrication.

2. The direction, supervision and coordination of work on the sections on site and workshop to ensure the timeliness, quality and safety of all facilities, full use of time and achieve anticipated productivity.


3. Coordination between the Project Manager, Installation and workshop supervisors.

4. Supervision of Installation and Workshop supervisors directly responsible for carrying out the various ranges specified in schedule for construction.

5. Continuous cooperation with Contract Manager, to performance other assigned activities with direct impact on construction project.

6. Coordination of work schedules to determine the number of employees, equipment, social needs and supply of materials.

7. Analysis of project documentation and procedures for completeness of technical and quality requirements.

8. Providing logistics requirements on site for human resources, subcontractors, materials, tools and documentation.

9. Analysis of current costs in order to achieve assumed economic parameters of contract.

10. Control of labor discipline.

11. Supervision of preparation and accounting records of working time schedule.

12. Updating construction schedule, and particular reporting: All finished works, delays, and areas given over to the client.

13. Preparing reports on work completed for acceptance and settlement work.

14. Participation on recipients of all work on site, also attend on basic meetings : weekly coordination and monthly financial.

Responsibilities was: Planning of the scope of work for welders and fitters, coordination between client (new specifications, as built jobs), coordination between other companies on site, coordination of the foreman`s priority jobs, line walks on the pipelines;

Supervisor (Group 40men) of constructions and Pipelines, working with projects and isometric draws, wps, all in black and stainless steels also Mo alloy steel;

Responsibilities: Welding of construction and pipelines, Installation of construction with technical documentary. Supervising work of welders(12 men), cost assessment of works;
