Program Manager
Accountable for planning, directing, and execution of global strategies and Engineering Platform type of projects.
• Responsible for managing projects and project team activities in the development and launch of new products according to the PLC process
• Direct and influence the project team to achieve project scope, outcome and deliverables including business objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction and QDRC.
• Execute, monitor and control: schedule, cost deliverables, risk management and scope to meet stakeholder and customer expectations.
• Accountable for scope change management
• Manage conflict, the effective setting of priorities in the team and an ability to clearly define roles, responsibilities and objectives
• Act as a primary point of customer contact for the project.
• Drive technical decisions
• Present project status communications to leadership
• Drive projects in a commitment to Quality (Lean and continuous improvement)
• Leverage all engineering groups to minimize total investment
• Prepare strategic evaluations for management decisions
• Participate in profit planning processes
• Use of financial analysis tools
• Contact and negotiations with suppliers

Project Manager
Accountable for planning, directing, and execution of NPI type of projects according to the PLC process. Responsible for managing project teams to achieve business objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction and QDRC. Projects were realized for various business segments across company and include development of hardware, software, mechanics and production launch.
Project Coordinator
Responsible for coordination of NPI projects according to PLC process and multinational production lines relocation, including driving of engineering, sourcing, sales, operations departments, equipment procurement and test infrastructure development.
• Coordinate/lead multiple projects of low-med complexity
• Acts as a leader for main project management reviews
• Presents projects status to customers and managers
• Drives risk management, schedule performance, resource management, and product costs (DTC) process
• Accountable for PLC process compliance
• Works across business and departments outside of engineering to break down barriers that may prevent project success
• Coordinates with Customer Account Manager to act as the primary point of customer contact for the project
• Accountable for scope change management
• Support continuous improvement in the product development process
• Assure customer development and production product forecasting and Sales Order demand is maintained

Product Engineer
Supports assigned electronics product lines, including support of PCBA manufacturing, assembly, test components obsolescence, products validation and creation of product documentation. Support products issues with manufacturers, components and quality issues. Responsible for verification of alternaive parts, components for serial production, creation of engineering requests and implementation of engineering change.
